1. Orders and data processing
By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
The customer is not obliged to make payment once the order has been placed.
The customer is not committed to anything and can stop paying at any time.
Orders will be delivered within the advertised indication on our website, unless there is not enough stock.
If the server turns out to be out of stock, it will be delivered within 7 days else a refund will be processed.
Phylex will do its utmost to ensure that there is always enough stock. Pre-orders can't be refunded.
If the customer does not pay the invoice, we are authorized to suspend the server after 24 hours.
If the customer does not pay the invoice, we are authorized to delete the server after 72 hours.
If you enter fake information such as your billing (name, etc.) information, we have the right to delete your account.
If the client is engaged in illegal activities, regarded as in carding, mining, dos attacks, we have the right to block or cancel all services on the account.
2. Game servers
If the consumer does not renew the server, Phylex is authorized to shut down the server after it has expired.
If the consumer does not renew the server, Phylex is authorized to remove all data of this server, 3 days after the server is expired.
Support with regard to plugins/resources and code is not guarantee.
Support for leaked plugins server builds support guarantee is not provided, it all depends on the situation.

3. Virtual servers
If the consumer does not renew the server, Phylex is authorized to shut down the server after it has expired.

4. Support

The Official (SLA) Response time from Phylex is 48 hours. But in practice, this can be a lot faster.
Phylex provides support only for services provided by Phylex.
Phylex does not provide support for third-party software.
5. Payments and refunds
By placing an order, the customer accepts that Phylex does not accept any refund request that isn't covered by our refund policy.
Phylex does not issue refunds even if the service is not 50% functional. If Phylex agrees that the problem with the service will be resolved or the service will be replaced, no refund will be issued. A refund may occur if the server/service is NOT 100% WORKING, otherwise the buyer waits until the provider solves his problem. We do not provide refunds.
The customer should report the technical issue to Phylex Support via the support ticket channel on our Discord or in our ticket system and give Phylex sufficient time to fix the problem.
A refund will be denied if the reason for the refund is: "I don't know how it works".
The customer is responsible for installation and configuration of any programs or plugins on their server. A refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Some countries have a legal period in which the customer can terminate their server without giving any reason. The customer then gets their money back. This is called Right of withdrawal (or herroepingsrecht). By placing an order with Phylex, you agree to waive this right.
The customer may not refund the payment through payment services such as PayPal by submitting a claim. They must always request a refund via the Phylex support If the payment is made with the stripe system and after the delivery of the goods it turns out that the payment was not legitimate, Phylex will refund exactly 50% of the fraudulent payment.
If the customer opens a claim with PayPal or opens a dispute with the credit card provider, Phylex may immediately stop and delete the customer's services without warning.
If you do not cancel the automatic payment on PayPal, we are unable to issue a refund. You will receive this amount in the form of credits on your account
6. Abuse
If you believe that a user is abusing our services, you can contact us at [email protected], you can also open a ticket on our website, then our team will start an investigation.
If the user created a server and mistakenly he was given 2 or more servers, the user is obliged to inform us.
7. Users are prohibited
The use of scripts that can affect the system is prohibited. (Gameservers)
